As real estate specialist, she has completed countless hours of advanced studies in marketing, sales, real-estate procedures and real estate law. Debby is a proven professional in every way.
Background and Accomplishments Debby graduated from Western Carolina University majoring in Marketing & Corporate Finance. She received her Realtor’s license in 1995 and also holds a General Contractor’s license since 1996. Previously before entering real estate, Debby managed Pioneer Homes of Lincolnton.
Debby is married and has four children with whom she keeps very active with in all their sporting and extra curricular activities. She is an avid volunteer in the community. Some of the organizations she supports include the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, coaching Girls on the Run, St Stephens Optimist, St Stephens High School Athletics, Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child, Angel Tree, Marine Corps Toys for Tots, Salvation Army Bell Ringer and coaching for the YMCA. Debby has also chaired many fundraisers like the Janie Martin Tournament. Debby is an accomplished marathon runner and continues to run for pleasure. She has lived in this area since 1993 and calls Hickory home although her roots take her back to Maryland.
In her own words… I have been a full time broker for almost 26 years and a general contractor for 25. I employ a full-time licensed assistant to help with my business, but rest assured you will always deal directly with me. I feel the key to selling a property is to appropriately price, stage and properly position it in the marketplace. I place great emphasis on marketing online with dynamic photos and videos. On the buying side of the real estate world, I am very educated and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and can help you find the perfect location. My construction back round offers an extra knowledge regarding the construction process and systems in the home. I work closely with mortgage lenders, insurance companies, home inspectors, appraisers, and other agencies to find your dream home and help make the experience stress-free. I do all I can to help my clients make an enjoyable transition to one of the most important moves of your life!
